Feature Request

A - Resize the quiz canvas
This would allow the instructor to embed the test within an HTML page for a custom height and width. This would allow QuizBuilder to work as a simple survey.

B - Custom layout
Allow the quiz creator to layout the element of the quiz or survey.

C - Embed a YouTube movie clip within the quiz
